Are RCA Jack Cleaners reusable?

Yes, simply add 3-4 more drops of DeoxIT to refresh the felt.

Why doesn't RCA Jack Cleaner make my jacks look shiny?

The metal used on the jack will determine how shiny it gets. Gear with chrome or gold plated jacks will shine up nicely. Other metals will look cleaner and brighter, but they will not shine.
