Shipping Time

It is our goal to ship orders within one business day, however please allow up to three business days before contacting us.  We will do everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. There may be a delay between when we ship an item and when the carrier updates the tracking.

If there will be a significant delay, beyond 3 days, we will contact you via email.

Carrier

Orders will be sent via US Postal Service Ground Advantage unless otherwise noted on the product page.  For packages to US destinations, delivery time should be in 2-5 business days.

Wrong Information Input/Order Cancellation

It's the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address when placing an order.

We do our best to get your order processed and shipped as quickly as possible, but if you notify us before the item is shipped we can correct the order without a return.  If you believe you've entered an incorrect shipping address or wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@stereoshine.com.

Lost/Stolen Packages

If your tracking information states that your package is still being delivered after 20 days, please contact us at info@stereoshine.com and we'll work together to resolve your issue. 

We are not responsible for stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to the shipping carrier.
